सासू-ससुराले बुहारी निकाले

परपुरुषसँग यौनसम्पर्क राखेको आरोप लगाउँदै बाग्लुङ नारायणस्थान- २ निवासी सीता नेपालीलाई सासूससुराले घरबाट निकालिदिएका छन् । उनलाई छोराछोरीसँग भेट्नसमेत रोक लगाइएको छ । १५ दिनअघि घरबाट निकालिएकी सीता हाल माइतमा बस्दै आएकी छिन् । घरनिकाला गरिएकी सीता अहिले न्याय खोज्दै सदरमुकामस्थित वकालत मञ्च आएकी छिन् । 'न्यायका लागि स्थानीय आमा समूहसँग गुहार मागेँ तर, त्यहाँका पदाधिकारीले पनि उल्टै मलाई नै दोषी देखाए,' सीताले भनिन्, 'वकालत मञ्चले मेरा दुई छोराछोरीसहित घरमै बस्ने वातावरण बनाई देओेस् ।'

घरबाट निकालेपछि दुई वषीय छोरा इसान र चार वषर्ीया छोरी इशालाई घरमै राखेको र सासूससुराले भेट्न नदिएको आरोप सीताको छ । सासूससुराले लगाएको आरोप झुटो भएको पनि सीताले बताएकी छिन् । सीताका श्रीमान् भने हाल थाइल्यान्डमा छन् । सीताकी आमा बाटुली परियारले महिला अधिकारवादी संस्थाले पनि आफैंलाई दोषी देखाएको बताइन् । 'नातिनातिना फर्काइदिन आमा समूहलाई अनुरोध गर्न जाँदा उल्टै त्यहाँका महिलाले अपशब्द प्रयोग गर्दै कालोमोसो लगाउने धम्की दिए,' बाटुलीले गुनासो गरिन् ।

महिला विकास कार्यालयबाट समेत आफूलाई न्याय नमिलेको उनले बताइन् । 'महिला विकास कार्यालयकी अधिकृत लक्ष्मी जिसी कार्कीले उल्टै गालीगलोज गरिन्,' बाटुलीले भनिन्, 'कार्कीले दोष तिमीहरूकै छ, हामीले केही गर्न सक्दैनौं भनेर फर्कादिइन् ।' मानवअधिकारकर्मी राम शर्माले घटना निन्दनीय रहेको बताउँदै बालबालिका आमासँग बस्न पाउनुपर्ने बताए । अधिवक्ता रमेशबहादुर खड्काले पनि छोराछोरी आमाकै साथमा बस्न पाउने कानुनी अधिकार रहेको बताए । उनले भने, 'मातृत्व र बच्चाको दायित्व आमालाई हुन्छ । कानुनले हजुरबा र हजुरआमासँग बस्ने कल्पना पनि गरेको छैन,' अधिवक्ता रमेशबहादुर खड्काले भने, 'तत्काल सासूससुराले बच्चा आमालाई सुम्पनुपर्छ ।'
